A separate toilet is located on the ground floor. The living-dining area consists of a table, sideboard, sofa, 2 armchairs, TV (French channels). The gravelled outdoor area is located below the living room (accessible by a few steps), and has a table, benches and a stone barbecue.
Upstairs are two spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190) and a wardrobe. The west-facing room even has a small balcony.
The parking space for the house is located in the perpendicular street, a few meters above the house.
