The adjoining kitchen area is equipped with a ceramic hob with hood, a fridge with freezer compartment, a conventional coffee maker, a Nespresso pod coffee maker, a mini combi-oven, a toaster, a kettle, an electric griddle (for outdoor use only).
A corridor with cupboards leads to the renovated bathroom with shower, separate toilet and washing machine.
The flat is located in Rue des Pêcheurs, in the 2nd line, the beach is easily accessible by foot.
