The residence is relatively quiet, located approx. 350 m from the centre and only 250 m from miles of natural sandy beaches at the beginning of the La Clape nature reserve.

Within a radius of 2-6 km, there are diving, sailing and surfing schools, a kite surfing spot, a jet ski school and rental, a riding school, wineries with tastings and fine dining (e.g. l'Hospitalet), excellent cycling and hiking trails in La Clape (except in July and August), and great fish and weekly markets in Narbonne-Plage, St. Pierre La Mer and the old town of Gruissan.
