Just a few metres' walk from the beach, discover this air-conditioned, renovated holiday home that can accommodate up to 5 people. Located at the entrance to Saint-Pierre-La-Mer, at the end of a dead-end street, it offers parking for 2 vehicles on the property.
Bed linen and towels are available at an additional cost upon reservation.

The entrance is at the rear of the house through a kitchen that opens onto the living room, which is very well equipped (fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, microwave, traditional coffee maker and Nespresso machine, 3-ring induction hob, extractor hood, kettle). The air-conditioned living room has a round table for 4 people, a sofa for 2 people and a TV (French channels), with access to the terrace in front of the house.
The 3 bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The two bedrooms with double beds (140x190) are air-conditioned and have a wardrobe and bedside tables. The bedroom with a single bed (90x190) is narrower and has a bedside table and a wardrobe. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin, towel dryer, storage space and separate toilet.
A fairly steep staircase leads to the air-conditioned mezzanine area, equipped with a washing machine, a coffee table, two armchairs and a separate toilet with washbasin. An additional unfurnished room is accessible but has a low door (1.60 m high).
The outdoor area is spacious, with garden furniture, an outdoor shower, a fixed clothesline and a built-in barbecue (charcoal not provided). The garage, used for storage, is not accessible.
Saint-Pierre-La-Mer, with its 8 kilometres of sandy beaches, is a popular seaside resort on the Côte du Midi. Part of the municipality of Fleury d'Aude, this small village has a typical southern market by the sea and a funfair in the summer. Not far away, in the Clape massif, is a protected natural heritage site: the exceptional Œil Doux chasm is a must-see, offering a beautiful view of the sea and the ponds.
